The Peri Meno Show is more than an event—it’s a movement to transform the conversation around perimenopause and menopause.
For generations, women have faced this major life transition with limited information, inconsistent healthcare, confusion, and silence. We believe women deserve better.
That’s why we created a live experience that combines expert education, real conversations, wellness resources, laughter, and community in one empowering space.

Our team has almost two decades experience in managing large format events including community-focused expo events. Past events have included The Baby Bump Expo NW, South Sound Wedding Shows, Mary Bridge Festival of Trees, Tacoma Wedding + Event Show, West Coast Homesteading Expo, as well as other non-profit fundraising events.
Land Statement
Our team at the Peri Meno Show acknowledges that we operate our Bellevue event on the traditional homelands of the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes, and the South Sound event on the traditional homelands of the Puyallup and Nisqually Tribes, as well as on lands with significance to other Coast Salish Tribes. These tribes and people have lived on and stewarded these lands since time immemorial and continue to do so today. We recognize that this land acknowledgement is one small step toward true allyship and honor their voices and the histories of the Indigenous people of the Puget Sound and PNW regions.
